Feet turn red and veins bulge after walk/shower

This is something that has been happening as long as I can remember, especially after a shower. However, I've recently been experiencing some symptoms that could be related to autonomic dysfunction and POTS after some viral infections. My doctors think that my symptoms are related to anxiety and post-viral syndrome. Is there anyone who experiences their feet turning red in these scenarios who does not have POTS or something similar?

    I get this. Its a vascular sensitivity to temperature change. Idk if normal but probably ok.
