I just want to know how many people own ferrets...I have one an albino female named lumi. I had only ever met one other person in rl who had ferrets. I also find a lot of people in rl dont even know what one is...so sad.
if you dont know what a ferret is google it...so fun! And if you never owned one you are missing out!!!

    my cousins had 2 ferrets. Hershey and snickers... they died 2 years ago.

          Im not a fan of birds as pets...at least not for myself I dont care if others have them lol... I like to look at them outside I just dont want to have one inside.

            Birds as pets are weird... Is it save to eat the dud eggs? Make a decorative egg basket? Egg someones house?

    I own a ferret, a few days ago I found out he's a panda, his favorite Disney princess is Merida, (don't ask how I know) He has ruby eyes and he has a white/yellow head all the way down to his shoulders and a bib and mits. His body has white roots then it gets yellow, then it's a light shade of brown. He's the cutest little thing, he's so sweet and when he was new he used to nip when we were playing but now he doesn't bite me (or anybody else) at all. Can't say the same for his toys though... He loves to cuddle and he's so adorable. It really gets on my nerves when people act like he's gonna eat their face off when they meet him and people will say how somebody they used to know had a ferret that would bite and was mean and they dislike my ferret because of that. I'm sorry if this is really long but I love him to death and anybody who owns a ferret should be proud!

      So cute I did not mind the read.

      My ferret also only nipped for about 2 weeks after we got her...but i trained her not to bite and now she never does.
      a ferret that bites is the fault of the owner not the ferret! it was ether misstreated or untrained.
      My ferret isn't big on cuddling unless you catch her tired...Lol. she will ether try to explore or play with you rather then cuddle. (She likes to sniff your ears and will always attempt to do that lol)

      I love my ferret...since she was my first I just got one to make sure I am able to properly Care for a ferret. We are hopping after Christmas to get her a friend.

    I don't have a ferret, there was this cool guy from Galveston, Texas who used to come in here blowing loads and he had ferrets. I miss him!

        Unfortunately almost everything is illegal in california. I can't even buy fruit/seeds/plants in NV or MX without it being taken away from me.

        I'd really like a ferret or a flying squirrel, but the pet laws are so strict here you can't own anything exotic at all.

          Thats too bad...maybe if you get enough people together you can get ferrets at least changed in the law.
          since they cant survive outside a home(only wild one left is black footed ferret)...and they were domesticated before cats.
          I bet you coukd find a good amount of people willing to sign a petition or something.

            Good idea, but it's been done and failed so many times before. Changing the laws for ferrets would affect every other live exotic import law in the state, and they just aren't willing to do that.

            I'm planning on just moving to another place soon. I love cali but I would rather have a squirrel/ferret than a dog or cat.

    Nope. Once, as a young lad, i courted a nasty nasty sloot who had 2 ferrets and one shit in my shoe while I was gettin busy. That day, I vowed to never own a domesticated weasel.

        A sloot is a girl with questionable morals who will snail trail ya for no reason without even buying her flowers or goin to a movie or some shit. These ferret were supposedly litter trained too..
