Festering boil in my mouth, iin?

I've had it for about a month now. I popped it a couple of times and transparent slime oozed out. I don't think it's a canker sore.

Lately I haven't brushed my teeth as often as I'd like and I'm wondering if it's possible to get a boil this way.

    Any boil, anywhere, is a sign of a problem. It isn't normal. Go see a dentist.
