First period at 18

Okay so basically I've never really had a normal or constant period even though I'm eighteen, I've had maybe three periods but that was when I was around fourteen, so I've gone without periods for years.

So I went to the doctors at like seventeen, they found out I had something wrong and prescribed me the pill, but it literally made me bleed so bad, I know it might sound gross but I was changing my pad like every 30 minutes, couldn't sit down for too long cause there was a risk of staining it, literally had to sleep on garbage bags so I didn't leak through my bed.

After only one period I stopped taking it and told the doctor to fuck off, got put off for like a year until I went again but to a different doctor. He prescribed me a different brand called like levelen or levlen or something I forgot, 2 days ago my first period started after taking the pills for like 2 months.

It's much better than what I was on before, I'd still class it as a heavy bleed though but it is much more managable, I change my pads only like every 4 to 6 hours.

So basically I'm asking for advice/tips, like just general ones, especially for cramps cause I got such a horrible cramp yesterday I couldn't even move, today though it doesn't hurt as much and it's better. I think my period is suppose to stop next monday cause after monday the pill color goes back to white instead of the yellowish ones I'm taking now.

ALSO I've been feeling very hungry, my dad is making fun of me for it and saying I'm eating too much but I can't help it does the period make me more hungry??

Also I feel more annoyed than usual I know u can get mood swings but I am very violent and the smallest thing makes me want to kill someone (I don't though) I've only felt like this since yesterday it's gotten worse cause I yelled at my dad today cause he was being a cunt is there a way to make me feel less angry.

ALSO I am peeing blood it is very gross I hate going to the bathroom because it looks like I just killed someone in the toilet water

Yeah, the wonky period looks like PCOS (and prolly endometriosis, judging from the pain). Normal periods shouldn't be cripplingly painful.
Eat as much as you like (try chocolate or bananas, it's good for cramps), buy yourself a heat pad to put on your stomach, play some calm music or burn lavender scented candles to calm down.
