Sounds so nice, but I'm English. We don't camp.

What does English have anything to do with being anti-camping? Can you clarify

The quiet. It's awe inspiring. Standing on the edge of a crustal calm lake at dawn with the fog as still as the glass it hovers above. Or when the breeze breathes through the pine boughs. Also the wildlife. I've always loved animals. And camping I get to see all kinds of flora and fauna I don't normally get to. White tail and mule deer. Crows, alpine horned lizards, beavers, eagles and trout. The first memory I have is of my dad holding me in his arms and watching a big red tail hawk grab a perch out of the river. I remember the sun catching it's scales and the water as it splashed and wriggled around. I remember my dad almost dropping his beer in surprise and not drooping me lol.

    You make it sound nice.
I had imagined the bears, mosquitos, gnats, junkies, and rain, puddles of mud, and garbage. And posion ivy!
I have never camped but if I did Id want to make s'mores, never had one.

Not having to hear the city, or breathing all the city smog. Counting shooting stars and taking out the telescope.
