Foreigners frighten me

I went from being somewhat racist where I use to live because of my friends and family to being completely accepting and nice to foreigners when I moved to another state because I mingled with them often. However, I had these reoccurring dreams and such that said racist remarks. Now I am just really racist inside, to the point that I am afraid to be around foreigners. Very upsetting.

    I think this is Xenophobia, which is actually a treatable condition. Get it seen to before you offend someone, mate!

    ill be honest im racist not to black people or religions but to a serten place pakistan. fuckin paki runs my corner shop. paki delivers milk. pakis infest my street. paki s sell drugs to my kids. ill be honest its normal to be racist. however if i were you dont be afraid of em they come a knockig tell to visist gandi

    I'm gonna say yes, it's normal, but that doesn't make it right.

    People who are different than you can be scary because they are unknown. Okay.
    You also are terrified of being racist. Well, you are racist, but most people are. Own up to it and deconstruct it. Tear it down. Question why you have the problems your having and what made you think that way. What makes you think that? What are the other examples that don't fit your picture of the world?

    You're doing no one favors by being doubly afraid of yourself and other people. This is a wonderful chance to improve yourself that actually will bring positive change in the world.
