What the guy lost probably depends on where the gangrene was. My question is why are you thinking of such horrors.

    • You know, you're right. We should ban Fournier's gangrene.
We need to act now to form a Fournier's gangrene anti-terror squad, because you never know, there is an exceedingly slim chance that some cop somewhere might contract this rare disease.

      • We could stand on the side of the roadway, waving placards depicting unwholesome pictures of Fournier's gangrene victims' genitalia (or what's left of it, if any), and captions like, 'STOP FOURNIER'S GANGRENE BEFORE IT STOPS YOU!'

We could hold a 'Fornicating for Fournier's gangrene fuck-a-thon' event, in support of Fournier's gangrene victims. I'm certain that will make them feel better!
