Is it normal if friends tease others between them all day just to make fun of them trying to make'em feel bad or insecure about theirselfs?
By talking crap boys make each other tougher. Making fun of weak behavior encourages strength. Very natural, though it doesn't always work.
Girls are inherently less forgiving and more subtle. Leads itself to more cruelty, so I wouldn't recommend a girl be friends with girls who tease her.
Yes it is normal to have friends like that. My old high school friends used to always make fun of me and saw me as the "weaker" one so I dropped their asses and try not to see them again. Sometimes I couldn't tell if they were just joking around but regardless it went too far. When I told them to stop they would always either say they are just joking or apologize and the same thing would happen over and over again. I have made friends in college who are much more positive and don't put me down and high school can suck my nuts.
