Everytime someone quits my supervisor blames me for everyone quiting. I also get blamed because I never get offered extra shifts and other co workers who never say no to overtime accuse me of creating a toxic environment

    I suggest you go hunting for a new job and as soon as an opportunity opens, leave your current workplace asap.
