Fuck paypal

I got an email from paypal on March 15 saying that "you can no longer do business with paypal." The reason they did this is because "After a review of your account activity, we've determined that you're in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. Specifically, the sale of narcotics, steroids, drug paraphernalia, certain controlled substances, or other products that present a risk to consumer safety."

This is total fucking bullshit. I have never sold anything online ever. I have never used drugs. The only drugs I take are prescriptions from the pharmacy and I don't even use PayPal for those. There was no unusual or flagged transaction in my account history. I called them up and they said that there would be an appeal within 5 to 7 days. I have called 3 fucking times and still nothing.

These people who I'm talking to are clearly incompetent. They ask me who I am immediately. My phone number is linked to the account and every time I speak to a different person I have to repeat my name. They keep promising that an email will be sent but I haven't received anything. I now have to edit all my automatic payments because of these fucking dumbasses at PayPal! I didn't do anything wrong and they were insistent on this being their reason.

The interesting thing is my dad go the exact same email that day. He called them and they said that there was nothing they could do because banning a user is final. He didn't do anything wrong either. Is there anyway I could sue them for defamation of character? They can't accuse me of doing something that I didn't do and they restrict my account for no reason. They must be punished for their negligence in accusing people. My brother is a lawyer and I will sue them if I can find a way. I'm so sick of dumbass corporations!
