Fuzzy cabin in the woods

Up the road from me is someone's vacation cabin. It's pretty small, one open downstairs room and a partial upstairs loft.

The owner comes once a year or less.

I've been saving my dryer lint and making trips up to the cabin periodically and stuffing it in there. The downstairs is pretty much full of dryer lint.

I really don't know why I'm doing this but I do know I'm not going to stop until he returns.

Is it normal?

I think that this is a brilliant idea to troll someone with. Some people would say you're taking this too far but I personally feel you're not taking this far enough, try storing shaved off bodily hair there as well. The owner's response will be priceless :D.

That's funny. But it sounds like it would make a cabin in the woods an even bigger fire hazard.

    • It may sound that way but it's not. I've always been obsessed with amassing worthless ordinary things. I like to do it to truly see what a week, months, or years worth actually looks like, then I get rid of whatever it is once I'm satisfied with the experiment. A few of the things I've saved up include poop, boogers, TP tubes, egg cartons, pill bottles and cigarette packs.

I don't know what compelled me to go ahead and put the fuzz into this cabin, though. Right now the bottom floor looks like one of those dance clubs that floods the place with bubbles, except with lint of course. The cabin is only roughly 12'x20' or so. It's nothing ritzy, it's a glorified shed.

        • LOL, I've considered that but since I have no trouble throwing the stuff away and it doesn't interfere with my life I don't think I'm technically a hoarder.

          • You're a new breed; the "temporary hoarder".

It's not NORMAL, per say, but I think it's kind of funny, honestly. If that's what makes you happy, go for it.

What if the owner catches you? Do words like trespassing and the phrase breaking and entering mean anything to you?

I want a car with fur on the inside. I want fuzzy dice the same color/colour.

Not really, but there's the risk that by storing the lint, it will make the cabin/forrest a potential fire hazard. What if the owner comes back before you've had the time to take the lint out and sees it?

I'm pretty sure that's the whole point!

Btw, OP flagged as "Best Of". 8D

It's not normal but it's kind of hilarious. I'm not sure if I'd be pissed or impressed if I was the owner and saw all that.
