If you haven't seen it yet, this was on Mashable today and on Brazilian TV last Sunday evening.

"A seemingly mundane elevator ride turned into a horrifying lift experience in Brazil when a local variety show pranked riders with a ghostly encounter.

Programa Silvio Santos rigged an elevator with flickering lights to set the mood and let a little girl dressed in The Ring-inspired garb work her terror-inducing magic.

The ghost prank could be seen as more terrorizing than humorous, but judge for yourself by watching above."

    It depends on the person that get's freaked out.

    Some peoples reactions are funny.

    Others you can't help but feel sorry for.

    I think this particular one is hilarious and not mean at all. If that had happened to me, my rational mind would have instantly known it was a prank show and that people don't just appear out of thin air. So i have no sympathy for the dumb people who actually get scared.
    A lot of other pranks i see on youtube or TV on the other hand are very mean and take advantage of good nice people most of the time.

    I find them hilarious! But dangerous, because if someone just appeared behind me like that, I would probably swing a fist as soon as I saw it.

    I saw that vid on YouTube and laughed my ass off. I think it's all good fun as long as they don't prank elderly people who may drop dead from the shock.

    Oh, I was at my grandma's house a time ago and this was showing on TV! Only old people watch this show - I can't believe you guys think it's mean, or even scary, haha!
