Why does this sound like the start of an MLM pitch?

Agreed: Also, not a very good pitch at all...

There are literally hundreds of medical reasons why someone might have unpleasant symptoms with their period, and they all require different treatment and therapies. Saying that diet and lifestyle can improve them all suggests that you don't understand the menstrual cycle on quite a basic level.

Please don't discourage women from seeking medical attention for these issues. Some of them can be extremely serious.

This. Jfc...OP is clueless. I really hope they don't have a uterus.

I suspect that OP has read some literature that applies to a few % of woman... and thinks that it applies to almost all woman.

I've run into that kind of general nonsense so many times in my life.

I agree with SkullsNRoses that this sounds like a cheesy MLM or other sales pitch.

No, I'm not satisfied. I honestly think it would be kinda cool if tomorrow all the men in the world would suddenly start to have their own periods. If what I have proposed were to happen then I would be very satisfied.

My period almost never hurts, and only lasts 5 days. I’m satisfied with that. No nausea or mood changes either.

For me, it's a world of pain - physically and mentally.

I don't want to take hormonal pills though because I want the changes to be limited to the shedding of the uterus lining part ONLY. I have heard that the Pill can change your taste in potential partners, make you more prone to weight gain and increase your risk of getting certain cancers, and if you don't take it at EXACTLY the right times, it doesn't even work.

I just can't be doing with all that.

The pill is a bit more forgiving than that in all honesty.:) It depends on you and your health of course, it's not right for everyone.

It definitely will still work if you sometimes take it at different times of day, it just MIGHT not be at the 99% or so accuracy that the company advertised. It'll be pretty close though most likely.:P

For what it's worth I currently have an implant in my arm called Nexplanon. I should know more details about it but I honestly don't, what I can say though is that I personally preferred taking the pill instead.:P I was more "me" on it I guess. I stopped getting cramps and acne too. Not so much with my implant, unfortunately.

Good luck finding something that works for you, finding a good birth control can take time to really figure out

I wish I could naturally not have one at all. I do take birth control just for that reason, though, but it would be nice to not even have to do that. I had a lot of issues before the BC and am so glad to not have to worry about period issues now, though. Even with a healthy diet and lifestyle, it always sucked for me.

I honestly like having my period. My birth control implant recently started getting a bit old (it's still good for another year), and I've already noticed that my period has returned to normal. It's weird, I feel more myself now. Everyone is different obviously, but I think I prefer having my period the "normal" way lol. I still don't want kids so the implant is gonna stay for now.

Lol I don't think any female is satisfied with having a period.

No one likes to bleed for days every single month and have headaches, bad mood swings, depression and painful cramps

My estrogen is off the charts wacked when on my period. Im moody, rude, snappy, and not pleasant for like 3 out of 7-8 days. Sometimes I have to change my pad every hr because of blood clotting... i dont like periods, but I would probsbly feel like somepart of me is missing if I didnt have one after 13 years of having one

I haven't had a visit from Aunt Flo since November of 2019, and I'm rather content to not have her come around anymore.

I hate it because for the first 2 days and before I get HORRIFIC cramps, and I absolutely hate wearing underwear. But after the second day, I just consider it over as the amount of blood is minimal and I don't have to wear pants anymore and the pains are gone.

I am overall fine with it except I tend to bleed a lot in the beginning so need to change my pad constantly.
Some months it hurts pretty badly though, to the point I cant eat unless I wanna puke and I cant get out of bed and painkillers doesnt help. Those days I get so lightheaded too and almost pass out from pain if I try to walk around but luckily it's not often and doesn't last all week. Last time it happened I had been away and was driving home, middle of nowhere and no stores to get painkillers at around or anything. Luckily I wasn't alone so the other person could take over.
