I try to spend as much time braless as possible. At home it may even turn into topless.

I only really take my bra off when I'm changing it and when I'm going to shower/get a bath. I even sleep in my bra most nights (if I've just got out of the shower or bath and I'm going straight to bed then I don't always put on a bra). I font really find them that uncomfortable as a lot of girls say they do. If it's uncomfortable throughout the day then you may be wearing the wrong type or size and should go and get fitted.

I don't take my bra off because they ache after a while without the support - I will put a sports bra on instead of a push up. However, I immediately take my pants off upon entering the doorway because those suckers are restrictive!
