      . . .there are about three times as many church/mosque going believers than in Europe, youd be amazed how faithfull people in desperate situations can be, afterall they've got little to rely on otherwise

    Ow come on, we all know how it works.

    If something bad happens, it is people's - or your own - fucking fault.
    If something good happens, it's because god is kind enough to throw you a bone.

    Is there actually a more biased thing in the world than religion?

          The burden of proof is on those who claim something exists. If I make the fantastic claim that there's a fairy on Mars you can't prove there isn't either.

    God helps people in need, regardless of whether they can or cannot help themselves. It's not an overnight answer but having even the slightest glimmer of faith is key.

    Believing in god is like believing in any ideal, i.e PC, Communism ect, it helps push people to do things that normal human willpower just cant achieve, and whos to say God isn't nudging you in the right direction here and there, most of the bad situations ive encountered in life where either caused by my own idiocy or lack of perseverance to overcome- Its all in the mind
