Got my tampie forced up

My vagina. It’s definitely mashed up against my cervix. I completely forgot I just put it in and then my dude and I got it on. I thought it was strange that I wasn’t wet. And I looked for my tampon after he left and couldn’t find it. I asked him if he noticed the string and just bypassed it. He said I just felt different.

So this morning he came home from work and he did some top notch gyno work but couldn’t quite reach it. I couldn’t either.

I understand it NEEDS to come out. But has this happened to anyone else? How should I go about removing it myself before heading to the doctor?

EDIT: Decided to upload some warm water via Gatorade bottle. Then he got up there and pulled it out. I’m so impressed. Also decided to start Max’s Tampon Retrieval Service.
