Greatest country in the world

So I live in the greatest country in the world, I mean that's what we tell everybody. We are the richest, the strongest, the smartest, the best at everything...the list goes on forever with all the bullshit we boast about. In reality we are the most in debt, greediest, most arrogant, prideful and boastful people on the planet and not mention we are winning at covid 19 with the highest known cases in the world and rising daily. To top that off with all of our vast riches and greatness, we don't even have one fucking can of lysol disinfectant spray. Is that normal for the "greatest country in the world"?
