Greta van flleet?

A lot of people hate Greta Van Fleet because they copy Led Zeppelin, at least in their first album. I have never been a Led Zeppelin fan because I listen more to alternative rock and grunge rock but I like some of their music. Its clear that Greta Van Fleet wanted to be like Led Zeppelin at least before. Are they a bad band though? What ive heard from them hasnt been bad in my opinion and older people who actually grew up with Led Zeppelin seem to love them. Why new generation so gatekeeping of music and pretend like they are experts? Led Zeppelin has a long history of stealing from other musicians so its not like they are unique.
Out of the more mainstream alternative bands nowadays I think that Greta Van Fleet is really good if you compare with Ghost for example. Ghost is not really bad but they just make pop with a dark aesthetic and some weak attempt at satanism. It seems mostly snowflakes worship the band Ghost and that make sense because those kinds of snowflakes mostly listen to pop music.
