I want to grow my own marijuana for my own use. Six plants should be enough. My welfare check will stretch further. I already brew my own beer, and ride a bicycle to save money.

If youre doing it indoors, use LED household bulbs and get your soil, nutrients etc from normal garden stores. Dont go to hydroponics stores cos theyre a rip off. They sell exactly the same products as garden stores but for 5x the price just because theyre aimed at beginners who dont know what theyre buying. Theyll try to tell you your plants will die if you dont buy certain products and you will end up spending the same amount as you would if you just bought weed.
Tell the folks at the welfare office your plan. Maybe they can provide you with some free seeds and doritos.
I have done it myself when I still smoked Dube...the only thing is that you have to constantly prune the plants or they grow higher than your fence and the Police will e able to see them!
The other problem that you might have is that your neighbour might steal your shit!
Smart move. The Internet has many articles on the topic. Use distilled water when the seeds are germinating for the right pH.
