Yeah i do it a lot. I stand too but it depends on the situation. If i get up to pee in the middle of night i will sit cause im dead tired & dont feel like standing. I also sit a lot more now that im in charge of cleaning my own bathroom. (girlfriend wont clean up after me anymore) Standing to pee makes a huge mess. Sitting as gay as it might seem keeps my lazy ass from having to clean my toilet all the time. As far as im concerned any dude that actually prefers cleaning his toilete more often is the abnormal one.

My husband and I split the house cleaning chores and one of mine is to clean the toilets. He's 6'4" and when he pees standing up, the pee splashes all over the place - it makes a disgusting mess. I told him that since he makes the mess, he should be the one cleaning it. He hates cleaning toilets, but he didn't want to make me angry, so he started peeing sitting down: problem solved. He's been doing it for years now.

My man does it in front of me and is not ashamed so keep going for it!

I think guys feel more manly urinating standing up, for obvious reasons. But I think the noise you make when you pee standing up is kind of embarrassing. So, if I'm at someone's house, I pee sitting down. I mean, in these new shitty builds, the walls are so thin, you can hear this loud echoing splashing sound all over the house in some of these places. It's rather vulgar. I mean, we already pee sitting down while we're crapping, right?

I honestly wish my father would have had the decency to at least close the door when I had friends over as a kid. He was upstairs, but the sound came down, and it was so loud it interrupted conversation! When I'm at a urinal or outside, of course I pee standing, but it's just peeing, not some mating ritual, so who cares if you sit sometimes if it saves you from sounding like a beast. It's a waste of time to give any mind to behaviours you exhibit in your alone time. Why would you judge yourself for something so silly?

You know what men!!..... you need to stop making excuses........stop being lazy!..... and stand the hell up...... if your "aim" is off......then you need to have a little more focus when stepping inside a bathroom. I'm sorry, its just no excuse to justify a MAN sitting down to pee. what is this world coming to.

My boyfriend usually sits down when he pees. When you're a tall guy, splashback happens. So to prevent that he sits. :P

This is especially relevant when you're intoxicated.

I sit when I pee too. If I stand, the splash piles up over time and becomes unsanitary. Also, sitting when you pee reduces the chance of prostate cancer. Look it up!

40% of men in Japan pee sitting down. It`s a matter of preference and nothing more. I pee sitting down but that`s because I pee like a fire hose and would make an awful splash if I stood up.

Completely normal. Think about it, when you have to take a dump do you stand up to pee then shake it off, turn around and sit down to take a crap? No. Isn't it just easier and more sanitary for everyone if all guys would sit a pee? My Husband Sits. My Mom got my Dad doing it too.

I sit down when I pee. It's much nicer since you don't have to care about aiming nor the last drop of piss that's always there once you pull up your pants

its perfectly fine i guess. its ur bathroom! y bother validating it with the world the only person who should be seeing what you do in the bathroom is you!!

if you dont want to do it, just stop and start doing it like every guy...I mean, its not like sitting on toilets can be addictive. So it should be an easy habit to fix. =)
