Happy Saturday XD
I went to check one of my vans at my gardening/ cleaning business this morning... One of my employees backed into a wall slightly and I had to check damage personally, there was none and since I'm feeling good and kinda happy today - no penalty, no pay reduction, no nothing, only a reminder to be very careful in the future.
I also had my Saturday job shift, driving a bus. Today I was on village duty in a Setra S417 UL shuttling old folks mostly. A village tour is among the easiest tours you can get. During the whole run I never had more than 20 passengers onboard, so it was a very relaxing drive and I could happily play my own music.
Lovely bus, very easy to handle, drives like a bigger car to be honest and because it's an intercity bus, the ride is sublime.Now, I'm sitting at home, drinking the last of my whiskey, checking stuff on the computer, before going to bed.

I still keep my job at the dealership and sell cars Monday to Friday.
I only drive buses on Saturday for a bit of extra cash and I always spend a few hours at my gardening/ cleaning company making sure everything is right.
And Sunday - that's my time to relax.

Yes, but mostly... You see, most businesses are open on Saturday, but with reduced work hours. Most closing at noon, with only supermarkets, stores, restaurants, etc working up until 8 in the evening.
On Sunday no shops are open, only food places (not all though) and gas stations... that's Bavaria for you...The way a lot of businesses save money on Saturdays and employee pay is they have one qualified employee working 5 days a week and then have another cheaper, less qualified employee working only on Saturdays, making 400 Euro a month, as this is a "mini, part-time job".
At my dealership, I am the manager, so I only work Monday to Friday with another dude taking my position on Saturdays, because he is cheaper than me... The same rotation is done for our repairmen, with the dealership running a skeleton crew on Saturday up until lunch time.And since I'm young and have the time, I wanted to get a Saturday job for extra spending money. I used to drive trucks on Saturdays, but switched to buses. Your cargo loads and unloads itself, buses are faster than trucks (in Europe trucks are only allowed to do 80kmh, buses can do 100), tours are quicker, I get a discount on all bus lines in my town (or ride for free if I'm riding with a friendly colleague) and the pay was slightly better.
I worked out a deal with my boss for the bus driving job, that he'd pay me 580 Euro a month (180 over the average) and I would be available for either a morning, afternoon, or evening tour (I'd get my tour details either Wednesday, or Thursday). I'm what's called an emergency bus driver, going to tours where the regular driver got sick, or for some reason couldn't come to work.
I can adjust to either tour, since my schedule on Saturday is the same... Job, check my company, pick up a few groceries, maybe a bit of housework and relax for the rest of the day.So it doesn't really matter which tour I get. If I got a morning tour, I'll do the rest of my tasks for the day after the tour. If it's an evening tour - before that.
Personally I prefer early tours, since when I'm done with the tour and the shopping, I can crack open a beer and still do house chores.
But if I have an evening tour, I have to stay sober all Saturday.Still a good deal, 400 of the 580 bucks are dedicated spending money. Usually spent on eating out, buying something for the girlfriend, finer whiskey, a trip somewhere, or if it's the summer months - car mods.

Yeah I eat it a lot. Lol I've actually started to use Monk Fruit extract in place of sugar to pretend that the cakes are healthy. Its the only sugar substitute I can actually digest. XD

I've never tried the monkfruit, as a matter of fact this is the first time I hear of it, but I do bake with xylitol to get the same feels as you!

It tastes sweeter than sugar, but doesn't exactly taste like sugar. You could probably find it online or in a supermarket. In it's pure form it's like 20-40 bucks, so I just get the one that's slightly mixed with other stuff(Monk fruit in the raw). I wish sugar wasn't so addictive. Like, I can be putting away candy at the store I work at and the smell of the chocolate is just hypnotic. XD

Ooh...what brand? I was using a monkfruit sweetener a while ago and it was great, but I can't find it anywhere anymore :( I can buy xylitol at the bulk store, but I'm scared to use it in big quantities haha.

Had work during the day, then saw The Skints live in the evening.
They put on a good show but some idiots in the crowd were so annoying. This one fat guy kept pushing into my side and wobbling around until he managed to stab his pudgy face into the corner of my glasses. He had the nerve to look at me all offended- dude if you’re close enough to get stabbed by my glasses (which has never happened before) then you’re way too fucking close to me. Move. Then there was a fat couple behind me humping each-other like two randy pigs, the guy’s hand kept brushing my back and I kept turning to give him WTF? looks. When he blew on her hair and sent a cold stream of air onto my neck it was the closest I’ve ever come to starting a fight at a concert.
Luckily after a few songs my group managed to surge forwards and stand near people who understood personal space, The Skints played some bangers, the bubble machines went off over the mosh pit and all was well once more.

Oh! So you're in London? I've always pictured you as American for some reason. I didn't know The Skints and at first listen I quite like them, thanks for that. I'd go see them, although the one thing I hate about live shows is exactly what you complained about, invasion of personal space. Seems you had a happy Saturday! :)

Walked along sea front, massive waves and strong winds. Had hot milk and cherry cake. Bought some vests at the charity shop as it's getting cold now. Had big bag of chips on the way home then took sandwiches and cheese straws up to bed and watched t.v.

Да-да, Yes, I still have my Tarsals and general ankle bones so it’s the same as walking on your heel. I mainly use the prosthetic for appearance purposes and better balance, plus it helps fill in my boots. Also adds a bit more stability and strength for where there is muscle/tendon damage.

Some bitch I went to college with I came across yesterday. "Yeah, yeah, whatever, don't bore me with your stuff..." But then she mentioned she had like a family video and she wanted to blur some faces in it before posting. And she had no idea how to do that. So my sage dong had an idea, like a shining bulb. And I was like, "I can do it for ya!"
The video's three minutes long, but the faces move a lot so it's a challenge. But I told her I had the pro version of Movavi and everything, and I'd done it tons of times before. And she was like, "Oh you would be so much help!" Bitch, tell me about it! "But you're gonna have to blow me," I said. The stupid puta started laughing, she thought I was joshing! I wasn't "joshing", I was "johning"! And the blurring is how I pay for it.
Anyway, she pretended to be offended at first. But I was like, whatever, good luck finding someone to blur that shit for you! I could get it done in 45 minutes, very conscientiously. Some "come ons!" on my part ensued, and I ended up getting paid in kind, hence my current upbeat demeanor! Life is good, especially when you have skillz that pay the billz. Y O U D A W G
