As in dislikes you and wants to constantly compete with you over dumb stuff? In some cases the person actually admires you and is jealous of the things you have and wants all you have so they copy you?

Several times and for various reasons. Looking back over these people none were conventionally good looking nor seemed to like themselves very much, it was bitterness coming out sideways.
Yes, a few times, mostly during high school. They were exhausting to be around and I had no desire to compete with them, so I pretty much just ignored it and avoided them as much as possible.
I have still had a couple of people try to "one-up" me as an adult or steal my thunder when I've accomplished big things, but I figure that if that's what it takes for them to feel good about themselves, that's just sad. I usually don't even acknowledge it and keep doing my own thing.
I used to know a woman who would try to copy me, and follow me around. I kinda dumped her as a friend, because she freaked me out, and I would have a hard time explaining the problem to her. Sometimes she will text me, and I will text her back, but I probably haven't spoken to her in over ten years.
In first grade I had a girl with the same initials as me, all our stuff was marked with our initials by our parents and she used to take mine claiming they were hers and the teachers believed her over me. Rebecca Brown if you’re reading this I hope you’re happy
It hasn't happened to me much, but I'm not great at reading people. My older brother's definitely done it, though, and it creeps me out.
