      Ahhh now I understand.
      The other day I actually saw a grown man pick a cigarette butt up off the sidewalk and put it up to his lips.

        Most times in less public spots just away from sidewalks, behind buildings, dumpster and once in the middle of a park. The park one was mostly from a dare with my friends
