Have you ever had athlete’s foot?

If so, please tell me what home remedies will help. I think I got because I haven’t been changing my socks

Dirty socks alone don't cause Athlete's foot. It's a fungus that thrives in MOIST areas and it's very contagious. You can get it from public showers, or at home if someone you're living with has it. Or you can get it standing in wet shoes and socks for hours, whether it be caused by rain or excessively sweating.

For me, I got it from walking in a sudden downpour that lasted way too long. I had clean socks on if you must know. Anyway, xxLucifer is right. I used Lotrimin for a few days and was alright.

They make over the counter creams for athletes foot. Don't trust home remedies. Go to the nearest place that sells over the counter medication such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc. and get either clotrimazole or terbinafine hydrochloride. The brand names for them are either Lotrimin or Lamisil, but the generic versions will do the same thing and are cheaper.

White vinegar soak then isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Does the trick 🤗

I won't advice you to do it but once I got Athletes foot and I soaked a piece of cotton with chlorine and rubbed on it. I did this for three days in a row and I was okay. But I did it because I was desperate to get rid of it.
