I get all sorts of feeling towards the users. Some I like, some I dislike.:P

But for the type of feelings you're talking about, then I think it's normal. Not currently for me, but there are people who I find attractive here and they have traits I like. I have had crush type things with a couple of users in the past, ha. I don't think it's something to be *that* embarrassed over, it's a pretty normal thing, I think. I know quite a lot who have admitted to having crushes on here as well.

  Even though I am in a relationship, I have crushed on users here who share my beliefs and views. I never meet anyone off of here like that, but I wouldn't tell the person for whom I had the crush. Too much of my "laundry" is aired on here.

    There are advantages in not becoming too socially involved here - namely avoiding potential e-bunny boilers! I like a lot of users here, but having a crush on one... well... let me think. There is one user on here who, for the sake of privacy I'm not going to name, I think I got along with great. Its difficult because it could be anyone under a user name (as with anything online you don't know whose at the other end chatting with you)....but pretty sure we're all human. You can learn a lot about people about what they write :) If this is about crushes then can try and find out more about them before falling for them :)Not sure if the member chat would help but I've noticed as a free member you can't message people!
