I was watching the Total Recall remake in theatres. I thought it was so boring I left for a bit, went to a nearby drugstore and got myself a bottle of fake wine that I openly drunk throughout the theatre. I thereby dubbed it "Total Refund."
"Australia." The movie was so damn long, I got up and left. I couldn't take it anymore.
Yeah I know people who also walked out on that one: I started watching it on DVD and couldn't bear to finish it. It surely must be in the Guinness Book of Records for the most cliches about Australia in one movie.
I've had two attempts to watch Titanic on DVD and can't be bothering finishing it: more bullshit cliches
I never have. I figured if I payed for it, I may as well watch the whole thing.
You already wasted your money why waste your time too? But my nickname is Ms short attention span...
I miss drive in movies. It didn't mater if the movie was good or not. Just how good the girl was.
when i was younger i went to see narnia with my dad and we had to leave because i didnt like the scene with the evil dwarfs and the ice queen
the mummy: tomb of the dragon emperor. what a pathetic attempt at a film
I was close, but then I fell asleep!
I was with my girlfriend, watching 50 shades of gray. She wanted to see it and brought me along too.
Stupid movie, boring as hell, worst 10 bucks I've ever spent. The only upside was a nap....
When I was young I walked out on Old Yeller. Two usher girls were standing by the door I was in the back row One of them said I can't watch this when they kill Old Yeller. I got mad and asked for the manager and told him and told him. I got my money back and didn't see the girls at that theater again.
I wouldn't have but the girl I was with demanded we leave. It was a shit movie (license to wed) but I would have stuck it out if she hadn't gone mental.
We Bought A Zoo. Haha, one of the most boring movies I've ever seen in my life. Sat through the first hour and felt no need to stay any longer. Asked my friends how they felt and they got up as I was asking.
I did once, but it was so lame I forget what the movie was....some supposed comedy I believe. Got some kind of refund too..
Most times I go see any movie I walk out for awhile, usually stay for the first 10 minutes leave come back for the last ten. Meh it was ok. I've even gone a step further were I didn't like it so much before I bought two tickets for movies I was potentially interested in and said forget about it because of how lame the theater audio was in this redneck town. Was a big thing 10 years when the town finally had a theater, and now you may as well be listening to it on your I-phone might even sound better and that is saying something. Can all most guarantee the picture would be better. Even as a kid any movie people took me too 10 mins into it screw this I was out, that was nap time for me.
My mother took me to see The Butterfly Effect when I was to young. I cried so we had to leave. Haven't seen it since.
I don't go to the movies very often, and when I do it's usually something I've wanted to see for a while.
That being said I've never found myself walking out of something in outrage, but chances are I probably will if something pisses me off enough.
Yes, years ago my mom and wanted to watch that movie with jodie foster in an airplane, when we got there there were only 2 people in the room and they were elderly. When the movie started we realized it was the wrong movie and got the hell out of there because the mvoie was boring as shit. We still laughwhen we think about it.
