Having trouble scrolling reddit because half my subs are on fire

So the Roe v. Wade thing happened and everyone seems to think the world as we know it is over. All the women everywhere are going to die, and we need to start rioting in the streets right now to stop it from happening.

Personally, I think it's a topic that requires some compromise, but I don't want to get involved in the discussion here.

I just want to scroll, but I'm having to turn multiple subs off for the time being. Every other post in my feed is freaking out about it with thousands of upvotes. I normally lean slightly left, that's why I was subbed to them, but if I see another post give a sermon about "theocracy", I'm going to lose my mind.

How much internet-rage are you seeing/experiencing?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

All the decision does is says the constitution doesnt say anything about abortion. So congress can still write a federal abortion law and make it legal if they want to. Roe v Wade was a supreme court decision that ruled the 14 amendment protected abortion. But they used mental gymnastics to say this because the 14th amendment has nothing to do with abortion. The way a law is supposed to be passed is through congress and the senate and signed into law by the president. The supreme court just decides what is and isnt constitutional.

I felt the same on Facebook with the Johnny Depp thing going on. 🤣 I just got sick of seeing it over and over. I'm already getting sick of this as well.

You expected reddit to not be a microcosm of soy boy socialists?

Hell I just browse reddit to try to understand the mass psychosis of the other side. Not that I dont acknowledge the hypocrisy in my own political party. Anyone with a clear head on reddit seems to be downvoted to oblivion even when they were supporting the argument.

Apparently dont burn down churches is a vile thing to say on R/atheists.

Heck I dont even agree with a lot of these states total abortion bans or lack of accommodations for rape inclusions. It's just that i see it as a greater evil to kill more potential lives than it is to preserve the idea of personal freedom in killing out of convenience.

As far as I'm aware adoption is still an option. States not even enforcing you keeping your kid. Which makes my point about saving potential lives greater.

Buy condoms, sterilize yourself. I dont care just dont get pregnant in the first place if you dont want to run into the conundrum of abortions. Which my previous statement about rape and incest inclusions is the moderate right opinion.

So is it only filled with libtards? It scared tf out me because I looked up the Nashville reddit and 100% of them were libtards im assuming from California or some other libtard place. It makes me sad how far gone the great city of Nashville has fallen. Hopefully its just the normal ppl dont use reddit.

Normal people dont use reddit. I dont use reddit. I dont post, I dont comment. I'm just a neutral observer to the chaos.

Plus I like to see them cry and bemoan every legislative win

Basically the supreme court ended roe vs wade which was an old school lawsuit which led to abortion being seen as a constitutional right that said the right to an abortion falls under federal law when it should have always been under the states individually because it's actually not part of the constitution and all the pro abortion people went crazy yesterday and even "non binary" people turned back into females again claiming it's violating their right as a woman -_-

If anyone on here is pro abortion btw I don't care. I'm personally pro life but I'm not into fighting about it lol.
