Heard weird call respond to me

So, tonight I was outside bringing my dog around my house. It’s very dark and the snow makes it glow almost out there. But I was bored as my poochy did her business, so I made a weird sound. I heard my echo and made a few other odd sounds. The sound I made sounded like “Eeeee!” But it had a scratchy echo like vibrate and had a high sound of some kind of distressed animal of what I thought it sounded like. As I made this sound, I heard my echo. And the small sound I made echoed as if I were is a canyon, it sounded much louder. So, after I heard my echo, right after I heard a screech like the one I made, but could notice it was in a different animal like pitch. I knew it wasn’t my echo so I freaked out. I ran inside with my dog, scared to make the sound again. After awhile I went back out and made the call again and heard no response. I think I just summoned some kind of spiritual monkey thing. Throughout the day I was watching creepy doll vids so I may just be imagining thinks and am scaring myself. But I not think what I heard was all my imagination. Do you think I called to an unknown animal or am I playing tricks on myself?
