Hearing about abuse and injustice makes me aggressive?

I feel very annoyed once I hear about events of abuse. I become slightly aggressive to the furniture around me and increasingly assertive to the people around me. Especially if the injustice occurred in the area I reside, I feel pissed off, that I could have done something... I try and actively participate against crime in my area if possible, but I am still not rid of the feeling. What is your reaction on such events/stories?

Same here. When I hear about people torturing/killing innocent people/animals for no reason than their own sick entertainment, my mind fills with fantasies of meeting these people, capturing them and torturing them - even more severely - to eventual death.

Definitely...this intensifies for me when justice doesn't end up being served. The people around me begin to notice the difference and even ask, which at least serves as an outlet for me to get off the frustration.

When I hear about child abuse stories, it makes my blood boil. I read a lot of news in general, and sometimes it makes me very grumpy. I inadvertently end up taking it out on the people around me. I wish I had a punching bag. Then, I could safely take out my frustration while getting a good work out.
