PLEASE HELP! I think my dog has a hayfever he keeps on eating grass out of our garden i tried 2 stop him but he wont stop please HELP! ME i dont want my dog to die
LET YOUR DOG EAT THE GRASS!!! HE IS EATING IT FOR A REASON!!!! my dog eats grass everytime he gets sick. One time he ate a tube of toothpast including the container, ate some grass and threw it up lol!
Dogs eat grass for their digestive systems. They eat it when they need to vomit. Do NOT spray soap or chemicals on it! Eating grass is perfectly normal for dogs! If you spray soap or chemicals THAT WILL HARM AND POSSIBLY KILL THE DOG! I assume you are around 8 years old for not realizing this is a normal habit and you feel the need to put a stop to it.
What?! Don't spray the grass with soap he's a dog and will still eat it!
He's probably craving greens in his diet, and so goes after some grass.

My dog does that to, if a dog feels sick, they'll eat grass, its good for them, so no worries. However, if you feel you need some more advice on this, phone your local vet, also do that if your dog seems to look unwell
My dog used to do this ages ago it is completely normal, infact i used to go out into the garden and pull clumps of grass out and feed them to her and she loved it.
*Sigh* I miss her everyday R.I.P
By the way cause of death was NOTHING to do with the grass ;)
Eating grass helps their digestive systems, if you dont know what that means ITS A GOOD THING
My dog eats grass everyday, like some sort of grazing animal. It's weird, but it doesn't hurt her.
I think it aids in her digestion because she eats so fast.
Don't put soap on the grass, that could actually get your dog sick.
Dogs eat grass when they are sick or lacking something. normal. Just do not spray chems on it.
Dogs graze on grass, and unless treated with something it shouldn't hurt them. I feel they do it when their stomach is queezy. (some act like they just like the taste) Just make sure your dog is having bowel movements and not clogged. And if you are worried and wonder if there is an underlying cause call you vet. Especially if other symptom are an issue also.
