Help my cocc stopped working

I used a penis pump and did some penis stretches for about a month. At first everything was great, I got thicker and longer but then after awhile I could not get a hard on, now its been 2 months and nothing, not even a small hard on...if I try to jack off I can cum but it wont get hard.
