Back in on 2008 I was home invaded. 6 guys armed with bats and crowbars barged into my house and assaulted me. They stole everything. Till this day Im afraid of every little noise outside my house. To make things worse our awesome law system in canada gave the main guy who lead this invasion 3 months. He got out and invaded 3 other homes armed with firearms this time and only got 18 months. He has served that and now hes mu frickin neighbor! Not close but about half a kilometer down the road. Im so scared. I cannot get over this fear. Im not affraid to fight him one on one but if i beat him hes gonna come back with weapons.

    Canada is pretty much the biggest pussy of the world. You can smack them around, steal their girl, insult their mom etc. and they will practically thank you for it.

    Doesn't all of canada just get drunk and launch cars into trees with bricks on the gas pedal? You seem to live in a very uncanadian part of canada. Learn to say FACK the police and try getting along with your neighborhood criminals, they're probably way cooler than the loser cops anyway.

    Get a big mean dog! No offense, but Canada sounds awful. I personally believe people should be able to defend themselves and their property with deadly force.

      It's too easy to get a gun in the U.S. but in Canada it's quite difficult... legally.

    Because you are a Canadian, you would have no problem taking him out with a 700m sniper shot. But defending a home in Canada is very risky. If you hit him with any metallic object, or even a baseball bat you could get life in prison.
