Is there a way to adjust when the cooling fan kicks on with a GM Tech2(http://www.careucar.com/wholesale/new-gm-tech2-diagnostic-scanner-b-card.html) on a Chevy Cavalier?
Once again trying to avoid reprogramming the PCM. Runs a little hot and would like to avoid hard wiring the fans!
