How do doctors deal with patients who cant give them samples?

Do I know this freind. They keep trying get me jack them off. I guess they are having urination issues and doctor asked for cum, blood and urine samples. I just kind of wondering what would a doctor suggest to this person who cant provide samples? I really dont feel like servicing thier parts so to speak. I ended up blocking them but now I wondering what is the doctors call?
