How do i become healthier?
I'm really a poor example of health. Earlier today I ate an entire bag of chips that had 4 servings in one, plus I have Mt. Dew a lot, like 3 cans a day! My family often has junk food, and I haven't eaten fruits or vegetables in forever. I very rarely go outside, and haven't exercised in a long time. Right now I don't think I look very far but if I keep this up it won't be good! How can I improve!? Any help with be appreciated!
