How do i get an older women?

I'm newly 43, I have a high paying white collar job, I am clean cut, dress smart casual, I used to model and I'm still asked to by a previous hire but I don't want to so I know I'm good looking but I can't seem to get an older woman. I've dated younger but they're not ideal because of their mentality. I am into sexy women in their 50s who have intelligence, confidence and worldliness so not much older but even so I am finding it difficult to hold their attraction. The last woman I dated was 53 and she was a goddess and had an intoxicating personality but she only stayed for 5 weeks and I was falling for her. I don't know what I'm doing wrong

Could it be a flaw in my personality? I attract women my age and younger with ease and I am flirted with by women of all ages but I don't know how to keep an older woman or maybe it's who I'm going for? I seem to end up dating women who are entrepreneurs

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

Its most likely that you have an employee mindset - and entrepreneurs are looking for people who are also interested in going down a similar path and who understand the basic options.

I suggest that you start by reading some books:

    "Cashflow Quardrant" by: Robert Kiyosaki

"The Compound Effect" by: Darren Hardy

Something you may possibly have noticed: Most successful entrepreneurs read a fair number of "self help" and business books. They are attracted to people who also read similar books to improve themselves.

I'd start with "How To Win Friends & Influence People In The Digital Age" by: Dale Carnegie & Associates. This book will also likely assist you in your ability to communicate with people. I recommend that you reread it many times in your life as there is lots of information in this book that you will not understand until you have learned the prior step (I suggest that you write the completion date on the inside of the back cover, every time you read it).

The next most useful book is: "The 5 Love Languages" by Gary Chapman. You need to learn a potential partners love language and fill there love tank to keep them interested (it's not just about fun and good sex).

There are hundreds of good self help books and on many subjects. Ask the lady you are dating if she has a recommendation for you. Then read that book and talk to her about what you learned from it.

I wish you the best with this,

Yes, several times in fact. It was my 1st Robert Kiyosaki book.

I've read most of his books (and have them in my book cases).

I've also got a number of audio recordings of various talks he has done.

Good luck at 43. Most cougars are looking for a young stud on his 20's or 30's.
