I am non-binary and afab. I am desperate to have at least smaller breast and I lost my binder it might have been thrown out by my parents. I have tried the 2 bras thing but it didn't work I am semi panicking. I need advice.
Look up ways to DIY bind your chest SAFLEY, I’m not an expert but certain methods have caused people to have breathing and even rib problems, prioritise your safety until you can get a new binder.

What cup size are you? I am part of the itty bitty titty committee and can get away woth a sports bra.
Breast reduction surgery. Some people do need it because their knockers cause lower back issues.
I know you're not going to like this, but my advice would be to try and cope with this issue in a way that doesn't involve identifying as something else other than your sex, taking testosterone, and having your breasts surgically removed.
You can identify as whatever you want, but your sex, as opposed to your gender, is the only thing with a basis in physical reality, and telling yourself you're neither a man or a woman, or that you are somewhere in-between isn't healthy or really based in reality.
Your lungs are female, your skeletal structure is female, your liver is female, your breast are female. Hell, literally every single cell in your body is female. The only thing not female is an abstract, non-tangible social construct that is modern gender.
The most safe way of breast reduction is via surgery, or physical conditioning and exercise to where you have very little body fat (although you may still have nicely sized breast).
I would not take testosterone as suggested by another. That will mess you up in many other ways.
Binding, and various forms of corsets produce short term effects while you are wearing the binder. Not all of them are medically safe for you (and perhaps why your parents through yours out - or they do believe you need a binder at all). Of course, various support bras or binders do work for how you dress for an occasion, and are often appropriate for the occasion.

Take testosterone? Or get top surgery? Other than that just wear two sports bras with one backwards and one the right way to hide the shape of your boobs.
