How do i identity someone in a photo?

A while back I came across a forum for all different things, there was one for the most attractive people you've seen, there was the usual list of celebrities you'd expect but one of someone genuinely had the most beautiful face I've ever seen, filled with personality.
I saved it, planning to find out who the celebrity actress/musician etc was but I completely forgot until I foundry old phone again so I've typed this question in Google but didn't get anything, is there a way, without downloading software that'll take up memory to search for a source of the image and if she is a celebrity?
