How do i know if a lump on testicle is cancerous

Hello i have a lump on my testicle and feel like theres one on the other how do i know if its a lump or if im checking it wrong i heard some symptoms of testicular cancer could be pain in back or abdominal pain or pain in between lungs and those are a few things ive been experiencing also arm pain also ive lost sensation on my penis and my semen has lost scent or doesnt smell like before and i get pressure in my forhead that comes and goes i just wanted an idea of wat it could be if someone knows anything please let me know thank you

    Medical tests will tell you if it's cancer.

    Dude, sorry to be harsh, but asking a bunch or random internet people for a diagnosis and reassurance that it's all cool is pretty stupid.

    Maybe the lump on your testicle is just a cyst. Maybe all the other symptoms are completely unrelated and due to some other problem(s). Or maybe they're all psychosomatic and due to you having read about the symptoms of testicular cancer and now thinking that completely normal sensations are symptoms of something horrible.

    If testicular cancer is treated in its early stages, there are excellent odds that the man will live for a very long time afterwards. But if a man ignores early symptoms, the cancer can spread, and the longer he waits, the worse it's going to be in the end.

    Any guy who feels unusual lumps on his balls should get them checked out by a doctor. You might find this embarrassing, but doctors are used to dealing with far weirder things, and if the doc is a man, he should understand your concerns on a very personal level.
