How do i make my shoulder pain worse
I’m wearing a wrap around my arm and shoulder, it hurts but I want it to hurt more. My crush broke his leg so he gets to sit out, I want to sit out with him during our dance class and talk. The only way I can sit out is if my shoulder doesn’t fully heal until than.
Is there a way I could make my shoulder pain hurt worse? Without beating the living hell out of it?
I’m also hoping my shoulder pain doesn’t heal, so this is why I’m asking for advice.
