I use this weird Gillette gel stuff (antiperspirant) and then dry spray that works, but then again I struggle to sweat on my armpits, I usually only really badly and noticeably sweat (as in through my clothes) after 2 hours at the gym or reached the 5k mark on a jog.
My friend said shaving thy armpits helps slightly. But you can't always stop it. Try that, but go to your doctor see if you have some easy sweating disorder or something (pretty sure I heard of some surgery that removes sweat glands in the armpits? Or did I dream that? I dunno)

Of course a strong antiperspirant, but also order some armpit pads they'll keep you from getting embarrassed every time you lift your arms.

Baking soda. Rub a little bit in your armpits and you're good to go.

People probably notice a lot less than you think they do because you're self-conscious. Wear a dark-ish colour to minimise the chance of it being visible. Bars and clubs are dark places anyway and a lot of people there will be drinking so they'll be even less likely to see you sweating.

If you are 1,80cm its advisable to have a weight bellow 80kg. Preferable it will be between 70kg and 75kg.
Apart from the normal hygiene, one or two showers a day try to wash more and keep trying to find the best deodorant for your problem.
Take all the fat from your diet. Porch meat, baked beans, anything fried, etc...etc...and all kind of gravy's in your salads. Of with fast food. Use olive oil stead of any other gravy if you have the chance.
Most people with that problem live in a total embarrassment that creates a strong anxiety.
If that is the case get in touch with your Dr. There are many efficient natural or maybe not, pills for anxiety and you might have to make some tests.
Pure 100% cotton shirts a bit loose is better than tight T-Shirts made from cotton but also synthetic materials.
If you have shaved than keep it that way.
Only a group of things all together works.
Armpit pads do exist. They must be uncomfortable but if they are on the market is coz there are buyers for it therefore they must work.
Are you a very nervous and insecure person?
I forget the soap. Never use hydrating soaps. Use a soap called glycerin soap. If you have trouble finding old fashion products Google. There is always somewhere in the world someone selling them and sending.
This knowledge comes out of a case a knew like that. A total mess coz was in a lady. Turns 10 times worst.

Drink more water. Treat the arm pit of your laundry with Mechanics hand cleaner the day before you wash them.

Go to the doctor because it could be a problem with the glands under your arms (this is a condition involving the glands under your arms which causes abnormal sweating/odor, and usually the glands are removed) or maybe they can prescribe you a stronger deodorant.

Different deodorants have different active ingredients. One may work better for you than another so check on that and try different ones. Shaving helps more with reducing odor than sweat. Untreated Thyroid problems can lead to excessive sweating as can many various prescription medications! Check the side effects of any prescriptions you take. You can see a dermatologist for prescription strength anti-perspirants and failing that, get Botox shots that last 3 months. Lastly there is a surgery for people who have severe problems but that comes with a host of serious side effects that I would not recommend.

      • Hmm some people just naturally sweat more than others. Exercise may help you sweat less over time as you build stamina. That's just a theory though.

Not sure if you are familiar with kilos and centimetres but around 182 cm, and probably close to around 125 kilos during the end of our relationship. Definitely bigger boobs than what I have.

Shave regularly and try Arm and Hammer deodorant :) it works for me. I think your diet plays a role in this too.
