How do i tell my roommate to stop jerking off so much?

I have insomnia so I spend a lot of time just laying in bed awake at night, and my roommate just has to jerk off for two hours. And it isn't just a "getting it over with" jack session he gets off more than once. Also he moans like a female and it kinda turns me on so that just makes the whole situation worse. I've tried setting him up with girls I know who are easy cause maybe he's sex deprived or something, he's a real good looking guy it isn't like he can't find anyone to fuck. But he keeps saying he isn't interested. And it's still constant. I didn't know the dude until we were put in a dorm together so it isn't like we are close enough that I can just outward say "Hey I listen to you jack off all night, could ya quit eh?"
