How do i tell to my daddy that i want to wear a shirt to sleep?

My daddy has been extremely strict with me since I was a kid. Now that I am a teenager, daddy is even more strict. In recent days ago, he burned all my shirts and tank tops with the argument that 'shirts are totally silly and expensive. Humans don't need them'. Cold temperatures are starting to come in Argentina, and I'm afraid to get a chill or asthma like my bro, only because of our daddy's whim.

    Why do you have to tell him anything? Wear what you want and if thats not ok then move out then you can do whatever you want about shirts or anything else.
