How do you land a spot without networking?

I am not a bad worker, I just honestly need an opportunity. However I am the type of person who can fix everything since I see everything wrong. However people dont like being wrong so even if you fix the issue you will be hated for it.

So how do I get a job? I not bad with people necessarily but I cant sugar coat everything I say. Some things just sound bad period. Im a type of all business type of person. If you put me in a job its all business but I am all business outside the job as well since that is naturally how I am.

I generally cant go to other people I am very closed off and very awkward. So generally when I try to be nice to others they dont notice me or they think im creepy. In this age everything's about networking and I am not very good at that and generally my network is the most useless people ever.

    Do you know how to assemble a fast food order? Or can you make a burger or drop some fries? Ok after that mop that spot over there where the drink was spilled. Then take your 30 minute break. We need you to close for us Friday and Saturday night too.

    Sounds like you need a job that requires much more physical than mental attention. There's really no way to over think sweeping floors, picking up trash or digging ditches.
