How do you make chicken broth?

I usually refrigerate the water I boiled the chicken in, and it hardens and I scoop/skim the top fat off.. Tada! Broth. I didn't think boiling bone would do anything. ??

    Of course it does. There’s marrow inside the which carry fat. If you just want the broth, buy yourself a gravy separator, they’re pretty cheap. It pours off the broth from the bottom and leaves the fat.
