Im relatively socially inclined, and I have lots of good stories as well as a good listener but I still have quite the difficulty navigating a bar scene for any long amount of time when alone. Its just so much at once, all these people, you have moments where nobody is talking to you and I ultimately usually just bail out after hanging around for an hour or so
Most people in the bar just want to get drunk and get some ass so I don’t bother going.
That depends, you a girl or a guy? A girl just take a seat at the bar. If a guy well uh. Go play pool?
I dont go. If I intend to get drunk, why need the people and the 5 dollar drinks?
I suggest that you find activity groups in the area to meet people. What are your interest? What would you like to learn? What do you like to do for fun and relaxation?
I assure you that there are groups in your area that cater to things you would be interested in. Meet people there... and find someone that you can go out with...
Don't ignore the churches. Many of them have groups that you can join (even if not a member of the church).
