How does a dream become a reality?
I wonder how our dreams sometimes become a reality, does our minds tell us about the next day that resembles the dream we had, or is it our self-consious?

I think our brains are just intelligent enough to predict future events. Our subconscious mind is very weird like that. Our brains store TONS of information and can be compared to supercomputers.
I've dreamt of something happening, and then the thing actually did happen, exactly as I dreamt it multiple times (not just deja vu). The anecdotes in those cases are usually boring (it's generally just a person or people saying a couple of sentences in certain locations happening exactly as they did in the dream). The most recent example of it, though, has got to be a nightmare that I had a while back. It was nighttime, the power was out, and I had to use the bathroom, so I lit a candle. The candle then spilled, burning my flesh off (fun nightmare, right?). Later, in real life, I was told to replace a candle with another candle, and I spilled some of the wax on myself. It scared me almost exactly the same amount as the nightmare scared me, and the wax was the exact same shade of red.
