How does one quit their addiction?

Alrighty, I have finally come to terms with the fact that I have a Pringles addiction. I would brobably go through 6 cans in about 10-11 days. My mom just bought me a 24 snack pack Pringles box from Costco and I ate it all in one week. Then I went out and bought more because I need it to breathe. I have successfully gone 1 week without a single chip but its killing me (not literally). is it normal to be this obsessed over one food item?

    Well once you pop you can't stop. Try replacing it with something healthier but just as crunchy. Like a vegie chip or something along those lines. I can probably dig you up a recipe for Kale Chips if you like.

    I understand how that feels. I go through about 3 - 4 gallons of Earth Wise Coconut & Pineapple juice per week. I can get pretty cranky when I run out!

    • See now, yours is healthy. Who knows how much sodium and other salty bad things are in Pringles. I guess its same principle though.

  • This is a tough one. I wouldn't even know where to begin. Have you considering consulting a counselor or therapist about your problem? It would be beneficial to at least reach out to one.

    Have you considered smoking crack in place of the Pringles? It should curtail your cravings for the short term, maybe just enough to get you over that "hump".
