Masters. I'm going to do either a PhD or a graduate degree in the next couple of years.
I got my bachelors.
Personally I think the theory the higher you go the better isn't always true. It really depends on the major you are wanting to work in, how competitive is the job market in your chosen major, etc.
I refrained from doing my Masters because really it has no use for my chosen field. Either I can work myself up thru the ranks and get valuable on the job experiment that employers from my own experience prefer over some piece of paper. Another major factor for me was the cost and time to complete my Masters which isn't really something I can splash out on.
I've finished high school and sixth form college, which is the bridge we have to occupy us for the two years between compulsory education and university. As of 2 and a half hours ago, I've finished the first year of my Bachelor of Science. I really want to keep going and get a Master's, and a PhD after that would be even better. I really don't think I'm going to drop out; if they want to stop me they're going to have to throw me out :P
Left high school after year 9.
I always got good grades but got into a lot of trouble for other shit.
No regrets. Was never for me...
Even at that age I hated authority & being told what to do with no explanation why.
The only thing I missed were the girls!
Done a GED at TAFE which was great (treated as an adult) then some years later completed Cert 3 automotive at trade school. Considering doing Cert 4 at night school & possibly continuing on to an automotive engineering degree...
For comparison I know people who had an excellent education, some who went to uni & are now unemployed & or doing low end jobs.
