I've lived in 6, visited at least 8 to 10.
In the USA I have visited, last count I think, is 46 or 47 states.
Doesn't really matter much, I've been pretty stable with minimal travel for about 10 years.
If you haven't been there in the last 10 to 20 years the changes in some are so extreme you wouldn't recognize them.Comment Hidden ( show ) -

At least 12 (perhaps 13-14 if I work at it far enough back in my memories). I can easily name 10 countries that I visited on Mediterranean cruses while I was in the US Navy. Lots of pictures and souvenirs from all of them.

I've been to Spain, Portugal, UAE, Belgium and Germany.
I really wanna go to Russia, Bulgaria, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and many more some day.

I visited France for 3 months right before COVID shut everything down. I'll likely move their eventually, but as of yet I've only ever lived in the US.

Never been outta the country.
Ive never been more than 5 miles west of the Mississippi river. Ive been to about all the southern states and ohio and Illinois. Furthest ive been was Miami which felt like another countryComment Hidden ( show )
